To fix the hanging problem of Linksys E4200 router when working with Apple TV’s mirror function on iPad 2 or newer:
1) Log in to the router
2) Disable CTF under Management of Administration
That’s all needed to fix the hanging problem associated with Apple TV mirror function.

CTF means Cut-Through Forwarding. It is an option that improves the efficiency of packet forwarding between the local network and the Internet. Most routers have it enabled. You could try disabling it to see if it fixes your problem.
If not, try disable WMM Support under QoS. It fixes the issue as well on E4200. It may work on your Mikrotik too.
